First Glimpse of hope!

We've had a delightfully relaxing weekend. No drama, tubies are still intact, and Dr. Olsen came in with awesome news that they believe they are seeing the beginnings of cell engraftment!

Her platelets remained stable which wouldn't really be the case otherwise and her ANC (neutrophil count) was up to 173 from 45. Obviously it's very early and these numbers can go up and down over the next weeks and drive us crazy, but we are hopeful to see this increasing trend!

My Mom left yesterday so I'm a bit nervous about a week of days alone. How will I get coffee?! :-) But otherwise we are hopefully set up for a lot of nice routine days with no more visits to the IR/OR.

Another highlight of the weekend was a visit from Nana, Grandad and Ainsley! The girls had a blast! Selene was her normal shy self for about 1 minute and then loved all the games and playing. Her good spirits and strength are more signs of a good start!

Kitty Cat needed her pressure taken too.

Pappy craziness

Shaking their bootys

She wasn't hungry, so she fed pappy.

Didn't take long for sisterly fighting.

So clean and proper.

She actually ate dinner!

Shaking it.
